By downloading, installing, or using the Agri Dost mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Agri Dost is an AI-powered agricultural assistant that provides:

• Real-time agricultural market (mandi) prices for 500+ commodities
• Voice-based interaction in 12+ Indian languages
• Visual market price boards and image-based responses
• Nearby market discovery
• Price trend analysis
• General agricultural advisory information

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market price data is sourced from data.gov.in (Government of India Open Data Platform) and APMC records. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Prices may have a delay from the time of recording at the mandi
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data
• Prices should be used as a reference only and verified before making trading decisions
• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Agri Dost, you agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App to distribute harmful or misleading information
• Verify critical market price information independently before making financial decisions

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Agri Dost app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Sree Mohan Agri Mall and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sree Mohan Agri Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in market price data
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on App data
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Service interruptions or technical issues

7. Free Service

Agri Dost is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. Any changes to the pricing model will be communicated in advance.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
